Terms of use of the playscore.cz website

These terms of use (the "terms") govern the rights and obligations between the operator of the website playscore.cz and its users. The website operator can be reached at contact@playscore.cz.

For the purposes of the terms:

1. the website means the web presentation available at playscore.cz;
2. a user means any natural or legal person visiting the website or making use of its content;
3. a partner link means a link to a gambling operator or its business partner on the basis of which the website operator may earn a commission.

The website is independent, informational and partner-based; it deals with the BetX brand and brings overviews, reviews and news about online gambling. The information on it is for guidance only.

The website operator is not a provider of gambling under Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling, as amended. The website therefore does not allow the registration of a player account, deposits, play or identity verification.

The rules and conditions binding for play are laid down exclusively by the gambling operator EVONA ELECTRONIC, spol. s r.o., IČO (SR) 31341357, Stará Vajnorská cesta 17, 831 04 Bratislava, Slovenská republika, the holder of a licence from the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic listed in the register of licensed operators maintained by the MF ČR.

All content of the website, in particular the texts, graphics, databases, structure and source code, is subject to protection under Act No. 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act, as amended. Use beyond personal needs, including copying, modification or further dissemination, requires the prior written consent of the website operator.

The BetX trademarks displayed on the website are owned by their proprietor. The website operator holds no rights in them, uses them solely descriptively to designate the brand and the products it informs about, and their mention establishes no relationship between it and the owner.

The website contains partner (affiliate) links leading to the websites of the gambling operator or its business partners. The website operator may earn a commission for clicks on them, without the user incurring any additional fees.

This article constitutes the information required by Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection. Partner links do not influence the content of the website, nor the order or rating of the information presented.

The website operator takes reasonable care to keep the content accurate and current. Even so, a piece of information may prove incomplete, dated or mistaken.

The content serves to inform; it is not legal, financial, tax or any other professional advice. The user must check information against official sources before each decision, above all with the gambling operator.

Third-party pages the website links to, including their content and availability, lie outside the website operator's liability, and so do the gambling operator's offers and conditions. The contract the user concludes with the gambling operator is a matter for those two parties alone; the website operator does not enter into it and bears no liability for damage or losses that result from relying on third-party information or services.

Only persons older than 18 years may use the website. Use of the website amounts to the user's declaration that this condition is met; anyone younger is prohibited from using it.

For gambling regulated by Act No. 186/2016 Coll. we state: “The Ministry of Finance warns: Participation in gambling may lead to addiction.” 18+

In processing personal data, the website follows the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data, for cookies Section 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications, and other relevant regulations. The scope, purpose and manner of processing are described in the privacy policy.

Czech law, in particular the Civil Code, governs the legal relationships that arise in connection with using the website. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the website operator's general court in the Czech Republic.

A user who is a consumer may file a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, adr.coi.cz. The activity of the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) has been terminated and it is no longer possible to file a dispute through it. The link to its original address, ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, is given for completeness only.

The website operator may, at any time and unilaterally, amend the terms or add to them. An amended version becomes effective on the day it is published on the website. Users must keep themselves informed of the current version as it develops; carrying on using the website after a change counts as consent to the new version.

The terms become effective on the day they are published on the website. Where a provision is or becomes invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions keep their validity and effect. Anything not expressly regulated here falls under the applicable law of the Czech Republic.
