The playscore.cz team: who we are and how we proceed

We are an independent affiliate portal and give our whole attention to one brand, BetX. We mainly describe and compare three things: bonus offers with their terms, the rules that govern play at the brand, and the tools for responsible gambling. What we write is information for orientation, not legal or professional advice.

A page on playscore.cz comes about in several steps. First we gather the groundwork: the current offer and terms at bet-x.cz, company details in ARES, the public register of economic entities and information about the licence in the MF ČR list of licensed operators. We judge the legal side under Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling, and the regulations it connects to. Only when a detail matches its source does it make it into the text.

So we do not take facts over unchecked. We are not the operator but an independent affiliate website, and the operator's terms always take precedence over our description.

The operator may adjust the offer or the terms at any time. As soon as we come across a change ourselves, or you alert us to an inaccuracy at contact@playscore.cz, we look into the detail and correct the text. The corrected page receives a new date of last change, and the list of changes of the website records when each page was changed.

Gambling under the BetX brand is run by a single company, EVONA ELECTRONIC, spol. s r.o., IČO (SR) 31341357, Stará Vajnorská cesta 17, 831 04 Bratislava, Slovenská republika. It holds a licence issued to it by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic under Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling; you can verify that it is valid in the list of licensed operators kept by the MF ČR.

playscore.cz, by contrast, is an independent information website. It offers no gambling, opens no player accounts, accepts no deposits and makes no withdrawals, does not identify players under the AML Act and is not a gambling operator under Act No. 186/2016 Coll. It is not part of the operator's group and cannot get at the data of BetX customers. Questions about accounts, deposits and withdrawals can therefore only be answered by the operator.

The website playscore.cz is an affiliate project. Its pages may contain partner links to the website of the BetX operator. If you open an account on bet-x.cz after arriving there through such a link, the operator of playscore.cz may receive a commission for it. The user pays no fee or other cost because of this.

We therefore have a commercial interest in registrations, and we do not keep quiet about it. Editorially, though, we are independent of the operator: we are not part of its group and we decide on the content ourselves. Bonuses, bets and payouts are governed by the operator's terms, so read them directly on its website before you register.

Sources anyone can trace: the information the operator publishes and the MF ČR list of licensed operators. Consideration for players, meaning support for responsible gambling and reminders of the risks. And a readiness to correct any inaccuracy you report to us.
