Where the data come from
The data we work with have three sources, and we use them only to the extent needed for running, protecting and analysing the website or for replying to your query.
Your visit
Each access generates technical information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, time of access and the URLs of the pages displayed.
Cookies
Which cookies the website uses and what for is described in a separate section below.
Your message
If you write to contact@playscore.cz, we process your e-mail address, the text of the message and any signature.
Reasons for processing and storage periods
The framework is the GDPR, that is Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as well as Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data, and for cookies Section 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications.
Up to 12 months, or as technical options allow, we keep the data needed to operate and secure the website. Here we rely on legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
For as long as it takes to deal with, but no more than 6 months, we keep e-mail correspondence. Its legal basis is the performance of a contract or legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
Until consent is withdrawn, or according to browser settings, analytics and marketing cookies remain stored. We use them only with consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Who works with the data besides us
Two kinds of suppliers, both for running and analysing the website. Hosting and CDN ensure that the website runs and is available and secure. Web analytics evaluates traffic so that we can optimise the website. We name specific providers only if they are publicly identifiable within the website. We do not pass data to other recipients who have no legal reason or are not verified.
Outside the European Union
When an analytics tool is supplied by a firm based outside the EU and EEA, we transfer personal data to a third country. Such a transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR, which are meant to ensure an adequate level of protection. If we use no service outside the EU/EEA, no transfer occurs.
Rights of the data subject
Under the GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. you can:
- look into your data (Art. 15 GDPR);
- correct data that are not accurate (Art. 16 GDPR);
- erase data under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
- move data elsewhere if the processing is automated and rests on consent or a contract (Art. 20 GDPR);
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR);
- withdraw consent where it is the legal basis, without this touching the lawfulness of earlier processing.

We accept requests at contact@playscore.cz. We handle them without undue delay, and in any case within 30 days of delivery. For complex or numerous requests the period may be extended by two further months; in that case we will notify you.
